Seeking a Sr. Accountant to join a busy Law Firm. If you want to work for a company in serious growth mode who takes pride in their work, send your resume!
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in senior/leadership position in accounting or finance (law firm experience a PLUS)
- High proficiency in Excel with ProLaw/Elite/3E software being beneficial
- Experience with Expense Reimbursement systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Extremely organized and attentive to detail
Responsibilities:
- Lead and actively engage in daily accounting operations such as AP/AR, reconciliations, expense reporting, wire transfers, cash reporting, etc.
- Manage journal entries and general ledger
- Support financial reporting, month and year-end close, and court submissions
- Other occasional accounting tasks and generating reports as required
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy in all financial processes
