We are currently searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, and strategic HR Generalist for a well-established, growing company! You will be challenged to push boundaries, partner with senior leaders, and develop a one-of-a-kind associate experience in a manufacturing environment. A big part of your day-to-day will involve working with senior HR leadership, recruiting, onboarding, and payroll administration.
HR Generalist Job Responsibilities:
- Successfully process weekly payroll activities
- Partner with senior leadership on recruiting for staffing needs
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Presents new-hire orientation and benefits explanation
- Maintain knowledge of personnel changes
- Address baseline employee relations concerns
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- SHRM-(S)CP or (S)PHR certification is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources in manufacturing is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in taking initiative, working independently, effectively navigating ambiguity, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
HR Generalist Benefits:
- Base Salary of $55,000 to $70,000, based on experience
