Healthcare Litigation Associate/Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Connection with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
- Handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Perform legal research and analysis related to healthcare law and litigation matters.
