Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney/Responsibilities
- Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, including filing lawsuits, drafting pleadings, motions, and responses. Handle all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial preparation and trial proceedings.
- Oversee thorough legal research on relevant laws, precedents, and regulations to support cases.
- Guide clients (insurers, businesses, or individuals) on their legal rights and obligations related to coverage matters and claims, helping them navigate complex insurance issues.
- Appear at court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as required.
