We are a well-established, family-owned commercial refrigeration service company that is expanding. We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and uphold our standards of excellence. This position is on-site, Mon-Fri, and located in Flemington, NJ.

This role will involve direct collaboration with company ownership, the accounting department, and our service team. Candidates with a background in industrial or commercial service accounting are ideal. If your previous experience aligns, apply today!

Commercial HVAC Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice coding, payment processing, and monthly billing oversight.
• Ensure the accuracy of job cost records, manage equipment tracking, and maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Work closely with leadership and operations to address budget discrepancies and assist in implementing financial tools.
• This is an on-site position, Mon-Fri, and is located in Flemington, NJ.

Commercial HVAC Accounting Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with extensive experience in full-charge accounting for industrial or commercial small businesses.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting principles, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and various accounting systems.
• Experience with Service Titan and Builder Trend is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
