We’re looking for talented, driven individuals to join our fast-growing, family-oriented shop that’s setting the standard in custom parts manufacturing. If you’re a team player who’s all about precision and innovation, we need YOU—and we need you ASAP!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Precision Matters: Create high-quality, complex metal parts from drawings and instructions.
- Tech Savvy: Read and edit CNC programs with ease.
- Hands-On Work: Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other tools for exact tolerances.
- Problem Solving: Use your knowledge of metals and machining to innovate and improve processes.
- Lead the Way: Work independently and contribute to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2–4 years with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling equipment and/or lathes.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, AutoCAD, and CNC programming.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and handle basic maintenance tasks.
