We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager with experience in upscale and high volume restaurants. Beverage knowledge, Menu Costing and Development, and an unparalleled desire to deliver exceptional dining experiences is going to be important to be successful in this position! We are opening a New Restaurant in Spring of 2025 and are located 45 minutes east of Columbia in Sumter, SC. We are proud to offer this unique opportunity and appreciate your interest. Upscale Front of House Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Coach and develop service/bar staff on service techniques and wine/beverage knowledge
- Staffing/training/scheduling
- Beverage purchasing/Inventory control
Upscale Front of House Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role-Upscale to Fine Dining Management Experience Required
- Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
- Extensive wine and beverage knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional guest service
- Team member accountability
- Upholding high standards
- Proven track record of implementing systems and processes
- Ability to control costs and manage labor
