Restaurant General Manger Qualifications/Requirements:
- Min. 3yrs of experience in a General Manager role
- Fast Food, Fast Casual, or QSR Dining Experience
- Experience in onboarding, training, & development
- FOH & BOH Experience + Management
- Good Tenure: No more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- $2M+ Sales Volume Experience
- Passion for hospitality and creating a positive work atmosphere
- Strong understanding of food and labor costs
- Hands-on leadership style
- Commitment to a guest-first and team-first approach
