We’re looking for a Regional Manager to join our growing bakery team and take the lead in keeping things running smoothly across multiple locations. If you love building strong teams, staying organized, and finding ways to make operations even better, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Regional Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple bakery locations.
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth workflows.
- Train and support team leads to achieve goals and grow into leadership roles.
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and hiring to maintain efficient and happy teams.
- Communicate updates and expectations clearly through Slack, email, and meetings.
- Conduct monthly visits to locations to provide hands-on support.
- Build a positive, collaborative team culture with regular check-ins and feedback.
- Train staff on equipment and operational software tools.
Regional Manager Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in regional or multi-unit management, ideally in bakeries or foods related retail.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventory, schedules, and priorities
- Tech-savvy with experience using systems like ADP, Netsuite, and Microsoft Office
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for prolonged periods
