  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or equivalent
  • Flexibility for various shifts and locations
  • ServSafe food handler certification required

Assistant Grocery Store Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations in an assigned store location
  • Step in as the acting Store Manager when needed
  • Drive profitability and operational success through effective management
