Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, train and manage a team to excellence
- Ensure the location is operating to the highest level of safety protocols
- Oversee financials, costs and drive revenue
- Uphold the integrity of brand standards
- Create a positive and guest-focused environment
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a full service or fast-casual Restaurant GM role. 5+ years of restaurant experience overall
- Tech-savvy must be comfortable with third party tech platforms
- Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression
- Passionate about food and experience with scratch kitchen concepts ideal
- Ability to combine compassionate leadership with running efficient operations
