High End Sushi Chef
We are seeking a experienced and skilled Sushi Chef at the Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef level. This candidate must have substantial understanding and experience with Sushi, Asian Cuisine, and fresh ingredients. High End Sushi Chef Requirements:
- High level of proficiency, refinement, ability, and skill set w/ Asian cuisine, Sushi, and fresh ingredients
- 5-years experience executing with Sushi
- 2+ years managing and leading line level associates in commercial kitchens
- High volume, upscale dining, and refined style
High End Sushi Chef Responsibilities:
- Leads BOH upscale/fine dining shift operations
- Controls food and labor costs
- Supports, trains, and develops line level kitchen team
- Upholds standards, communicates expectations, and provides accountability
