Requirements for General Restaurant Managers
- 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate
- Strong financial acumen with experience in coaching and teaching financials
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-front management style
