We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or APRN to join our dynamic urgent care team in West Haven, CT. Provide high-quality care to patients aged 6 months and older in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Requirements:

  • Active Connecticut PA or APRN License, Board Certified, BLS/ACLS Certified.
  • 2+ years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice.
  • Ready to start credentialing ASAP for a January 2025 start date.
