We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a well-established, growing company. The ideal candidate will be proficient and experienced with a variety of CNC machines and able to produce products from various materials.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities:

• Program 3-axis CNC Vertical Mills and 5th-axis Trunnion Table (HAAS, Mori Seiki). Also 4 -axis Horizontal Mills (Mori-Seiki, Doosan)

• Provide crucial input on the design for machining, manufacturing, assembly, and low cost

• Proper set up of CNC machine

• Accurate interpretation of blueprints and customer specifications

• Support fellow team members to achieve company goals and objectives

• Troubleshoot and optimize new production programs to ensure efficient overall production

• Document new programs and processes to ensure setups can be duplicated and overall production time is optimized.

• To be proactively aware of the workload and plan tooling requirements for future jobs ensuring minimum downtime

CNC Programmer Requirements:

• 2 Plus years of work experience with 3-axis CNC Vertical Mill Programming

• Mastercam, Fusion

• High-speed machining and tool path optimization

• Ability to program and machine complex and close tolerance components

• Materials: stainless steel, steel, aluminum, plastics, Inconel, composite materials

CNC Programmer Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly salary range of $28 – $32 hr., based on experience
