Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, train and manage the team to excellence
- Ensure the location is operating to the highest level of safety protocols daily
- Oversee financials, costs and drive revenue
- Uphold the integrity of brand standards and company culture at all times
- Create a positive work environment
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in casual dining or fast-casual restaurants. Must have at least 2+ years of fast-casual restaurant experience, candidates that have BOH experience are also encouraged
- Tech-savvy: must be comfortable with third-party tech platforms
- Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression
- Passionate about food and experience with scratch kitchen concepts ideal
- Adaptability and flexibility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong leadership skillset
