We are a growing outsourced Accounting Firm in the National Capital Region with plans to double in size in 3 years. We are recruiting an experienced Full-time Non-Profit CFO to help us lead the expansion! You will play a crucial fractional role in overseeing and managing complex accounting and finance projects for our clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our team while giving exceptional client service!

Non-Profit CFO Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience at an outsourced CPA firm or in public accounting (CPA a plus)
• Client-facing experience managing multiple clients
• Worked at or with non-profits with 10-15M in revenue
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Non-Profit CFO Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all finance processes, including internal controls, accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, and other regularly recurring financial operations for multiple non-profit clients.
• Submit and analyze monthly financial reports for your portfolio of clients.
• Build client relationships and share insights through timely communication.
• Prepare all tax returns and estimates.
