Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Care Specialist, managing order fulfillment and logistics while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves processing orders, coordinating shipments, handling freight claims, and providing top-tier support to customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders, returns, credits, invoicing, and customer inquiries
• Ensure accurate freight logistics, including carrier selection, shipping setups, and cost savings
• Maintain and update customer accounts in the ERP system
• Build strong customer relationships and support sales representatives
• Coordinate drop shipments and manage purchase orders with vendors
• Partner with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Proactively communicate strategies and resolve order or support issues

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a service-focused organization
• Strong work ethic, communication, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset
