Are you a passionate culinary leader ready to drive the farm-to-table movement in Northeast Ohio? A Cleveland pioneering collective committed to promoting health and vibrant communities through sustainable, seasonal food is seeking a visionary Director of Culinary to join our team. As a key player in our leadership, you will shape and elevate our culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Vision & Leadership: Spearhead the culinary vision and execution. Develop, lead, manage, and motivate a dynamic culinary team while embodying our core values.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure organized, efficient, and health code-compliant kitchens. Manage daily food service operations focusing on quality, technique, and cost control.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and inspire a skilled team, maintaining high standards of service and performance.
- Event Collaboration: Collaborate with the catering and sales teams to deliver timely, efficient, and high-quality events.
- Menu Innovation: Design creative menus that align with our mission, leveraging local and seasonal ingredients. Support menu planning and development.
- Budget Management: Maintain profitable food service operations, track expenses, and perform essential administrative tasks for cost efficiency.
