Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Direct and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver precision and consistency in every service.
• Culinary Excellence: Work closely with the culinary director to uphold and enhance the restaurant’s reputation through artistry and precision.
• Menu Development: Design seasonal and innovative sushi offerings to keep the menu fresh and engaging.
• Quality Management: Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency.
• Operations Oversight: Monitor the budget, streamline procedures, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Team Building: Foster a positive work environment that values teamwork and professional growth.
• Compliance: Uphold all health, safety, and regulatory standards, ensuring impeccable operational practices.
