A well-known, regional restaurant brand is looking for a Sous Chef around the Deerfield Beach, FL market. This is a unique waterfront scratch kitchen location that serves a high volume of guests. We are looking for a high energy culinary leader looking to propel their career progression.

Sous Chef Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Manage day to day operations of the Back of House
- Ensure the highest level of food quality
- Manage key indicators of BOH operations
- Experience with scratch kitchens
- Ensure correct staffing to ensure superior BOH execution
