Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Drive guest experience
Promote a healthy people culture
Manage day-to-day operations, P&L and cost areas, and inventories
Develop and promote team members

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years experience
Must have a proven track record of sales-building, people development, and community interaction
Must have a good, working knowledge of controlling the cost of products
