We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. These systems include, but are not limited to, ice machines, walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, make-up air fans, and HVAC/R controls.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems as they relate to HVAC/R equipment and controls, with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

HVAC/R Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of HVAC/R systems.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate effectively with peers, management, and customers to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.

HVAC/R Requirements

3–10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R maintenance, repair, and installation.
EPA Universal Certification.
MA Refrigeration License (preferred).
Valid Driver’s License.
OSHA 10 Certification.
Familiarity with HVAC/R controls and smart devices.
