We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Buyer for Health & Supplements to join our dynamic merchandising team. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing a diverse range of health and supplement products that meet our quality standards and align with customer preferences. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the health and wellness industry, established supplier relationships, and a sharp eye for emerging trends.

Buyer, Health & Supplements Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source high-quality health and supplement products that meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure optimal product quality and value.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and product performance metrics to evaluate success.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to create compelling product presentations and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure products meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and implement changes as needed.

Buyer, Health & Supplements Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of buying or product management experience, preferably in health and wellness or supplements.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and supplement industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce or home shopping retail environments.
  • Familiarity with global sourcing and supply chain management.
