Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Uphold brand standards and core values
- Lead, coach, and develop a team in a high-expectations environment, hands-on setting
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, staff, and vendors
- Define and achieve financial and business goals
- Excel in delivering excellent guest satisfaction
- Driven to deliver high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years High Volume Full Service Scratch Restaurant Senior Leadership Position
- Strong sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and high integrity
- Strong ethics and high integrity
- Highly skilled managing P&L
- Track record of progression in work history
- Work with a sense of urgency and skilled problem solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication
