Senior Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
- Multi Outlet Food & beverage program execution in fast pace environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Kitchen operations, team leadership, menu adherence, kitchen operations,
- Inventory and financials responsibility – food and labor costs
- Food standards & safety
- Support the General Manager
Senior Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- MUST have experience with multi outlet with $8+ Million sales volume, fast-paced!
- Demonstrated leadership in culinary operations with a passion for exceptional food
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
- leadership and team building
- communication skills and organizational skills
- Proficient in technology
- New restaurant opening experienced preferred
