Senior Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

  • Multi Outlet Food & beverage program execution in fast pace environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Kitchen operations, team leadership, menu adherence, kitchen operations,
  • Inventory and financials responsibility – food and labor costs
  • Food standards & safety
  • Support the General Manager

Senior Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • MUST have experience with multi outlet with $8+ Million sales volume, fast-paced!
  • Demonstrated leadership in culinary operations with a passion for exceptional food
  • Food safety and sanitation knowledge
  • leadership and team building
  • communication skills and organizational skills
  • Proficient in technology
  • New restaurant opening experienced preferred
