The Senior Manager of Field Marketing will be responsible for the planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies while overseeing the development of brand support materials and services.

Senior Manager of Field Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through field marketing strategies
  • Localize national programming to create impact with local media and guest facing events
  • Identify local and regional opportunities to build brand awareness and guest traffic
  • Directs the field marketing team while overseeing in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns and loyalty programs
  • Works with field marketing team to create energy and enthusiasm around programming and promotions
  • Experience using digital marketing to drive traffic and create buzz for local and regional programs
  • Multi-brand experience a huge plus

       

Senior Manager of Field Marketing Requirements and Competencies:

  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
  • High Level of Organization Management
  • Project Management and Ideation
  • Communication Proficiency
  • Team Player, ability to work with cross-functional groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Five to eight years of boots-on-the-ground marketing experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising & communications, or relevant field plus equivalent level of job experience and a minimum of five years of applicable marketing experience at a management level
