We’re seeking an experienced, professional Maitre d’ who will embody the poise and presence of our dining room, guiding the flow of service and engaging with guests to ensure an impeccable experience. You’ll work impeccably to synchronize the energy of the room and maintain a positive, organized environment.
Fine Dining Maitre d' Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Bring 3+ years of high-end food, beverage, and exceptional fine dining service management expertise.
- Adapt swiftly, with the ability to prioritize on the go.
- Possess extraordinary communication skills and manage the flow of seating.
- Familiarity with industry critics and the ability to ensure memorable dining experiences.
- Provide leadership to foster a cohesive, positive work environment.
- Maintain dining room organization and partner closely with the Chef throughout service.
- Skilled communicator with an eye for industry critics.
- Able to make decisions under pressure, maintain composure, and adapt to changing priorities.
