Executive Sous Chef
Professional Experience in Fine Dining & French Cuisine:
- 3-5 years of experience in upscale dining environments, specializing in French culinary techniques and fine dining standards.
- Proven ability to develop and execute seasonal menus showcasing traditional and modern French cuisine while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Successfully led and mentored kitchen teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Trained junior chefs and culinary staff, enhancing team skills and ensuring consistent quality across all food preparation.
Operational Excellence:
- Skilled in food cost management, inventory control, and waste reduction, achieving profitability goals while maintaining premium quality.
- Adept at enforcing health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
Culinary Creativity and Trend Awareness:
- Developed innovative, guest-focused menus, blending classic French techniques with modern culinary trends.
- Organized and led food tastings to refine offerings and align them with the restaurant’s vision and clientele preferences.
Hotel & Large-Scale Culinary Operations Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in hotel kitchens, managing culinary operations for events, banquets, and daily service within high-volume, luxury environments.
- Collaborated with front-of-house teams and hotel management to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
