Our client a growing Real Estate Company is seeking a Director of Finance. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and the efficiency of accounting processes. This position requires hands-on management of the accounting team and collaboration with leadership to support the financial strategy.

Director of Finance Qualifications & Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CMA designation is preferred
  • Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting systems
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 and financial management software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills,
  • Experience working in Real Estate finance being a plus

Director of Finance Benefits
