What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume ($2M+) restaurant.
  • Full-service experience? Major plus!
  • Proven track record of financial success.
  • Strong leadership skills – you know how to train, motivate, and elevate others.
  • Self-starter with an independent, ownership mindset.
  • Passionate about leading, inspiring, and driving results.
