Family owned grocery store looking for a hands-on manager who enjoys working with their team!
Grocery Manager Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Manager
- Staffing and Managing all associates day to day
- Daily operations, meetings, and reporting
- Creating a positive customer experience at all levels
- Data analyzing and reporting on sales and profit
- Food Safety Compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations
Grocery Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Positive leadership with a people first mentality
- Growth and succession mindset
- Critical thinker: out of the box problem solver
- Knowledgeable with P&L, Labor, Shrinkage
