What You’ll Do:

As our Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for:

• Culinary Excellence: Designing and executing innovative menus with a focus on quality, consistency, and seasonality.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing kitchen team while fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
• Financial Acumen: Managing food and labor costs, analyzing P&L statements, and ensuring financial goals are met without compromising quality.
• Operational Oversight: Ensuring smooth kitchen operations, compliance with health and safety standards, and timely execution of all culinary tasks.
• Local Market Insight: Leveraging knowledge of local trends and sourcing opportunities to enhance the menu and guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale or fine dining environment; steakhouse experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentorship and staff development.
• Excellent financial management capabilities, including cost control and budget management.
• Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
