Events Coordinator Responsibilities:

3+ years of experience event planning in the wedding space, offsite catering experience preferred
3+ years experience with end-to-end event planning, including site visits, rental orders, floorplans, menu planning, etc.
Excellent communication skills to serve as point of contact for clients
Self-starter with a "do what it takes" attitude.
Confidence with event management tools such as Caterease and Nowsta a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexible schedule with nights and weekends as needed.
