We are looking to hire a polished professional who is passionate about service and creating a great guest experience. We are hiring Restaurant Managers for a Great Concept on HHI. We are a growing, group based out of SC with upbeat modern restaurants and excellent food quality.

The right candidate will have experience in casual dining with 1+ years of full-service, salaried restaurant management experience. Must have a strong passion for building guest relationships and the ability to develop and lead a passionate team of staff. We are open to both Kitchen Managers or FOH Managers.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
  • Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication
  • The right candidate understands performance criteria and holds self and team accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills
  • Understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals

Salary of $45,000 to 50,000, plus bonus, monthly schedules, 2 weeks paid vacation, great room for growth as we expand to our 6th location as well as provide quality of life with 5 day 50-hour work weeks!
