- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant operations while driving efficiency profits, staff retention, and guest satisfaction
- Mentor, train, and support the team across all operations
- Develop and lead strategies to grow the business and promote constant improvement
- Recognize, recruit, and hire talent to build high performing teams
Senior Director of Restaurant Operations – Relocate to Nashville, TN Qualifications
- Data and metrics driven with a history of operations, leadership, and profitability
- Team first mindset and a strong understanding of upscale restaurant operations
- Ability to lead complex operations and projects using cross-functional teams, strategy, and analytics
- Must be a strong and effective communicator, negotiator, and team builder
- Bachelor of Arts in Business or comparable experience or degree
