An upscale restaurant seeks a polished Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead its team. We want to hear from you if you have experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining, strong attention to detail, and service training skills! Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager on hiring, training, and developing a strong team
  • Lead the training of the newly opened restaurant team and mentor the front-of-house staff
  • Provide top-notch guest service
  • Maintain all safety and sanitation programs following the Department of Health and OSHA regulations.
  • Be ready to assist on the floor when necessary while ensuring the operation remains controlled.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of AGM Experience with an upscale restaurant
  • Experience with training teams on high levels of service
  • Solid knowledge & understanding of SOS
  • Financial acumen – P&L, inventory & ordering experience
  • Proven track record managing high-performing service teams
  • Proficient in online platforms for reservations, scheduling, and POS systems
  • Solid knowledge of all Dept of Health and sanitation procedures and regulations
