General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching, development, and hiring of staff!
- Creating a welcoming experience for your guests and staff!
- Adhering to all food safety/quality assurance standards!
- Working in tandem with the team to accomplish store goals!

General Manager Qualifications Include:
- 3 years experience as a General Manager in the casual/upscale casual dining segment!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills!
- Alcohol and Beverage experience required!
- Complete knowledge of running budgets and profit loss statements!
