Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

3-5 years of general management experience with solid tenures
Upbeat, professional attitude and effective communication skills
Strong financial acumen (manage P&L, labor costs, food costs, beverage costs)
Extensive experience training and developing team members

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Train, coach, and direct the team – set the bar high and never underdeliver
Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable – integrity and respect are priorities
Remain hands-on with the team and guests during service
Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail
