Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of management experience in full-service restaurants
  • P&L knowledge, food cost, labor cost
  • Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Assume responsibility in the absence of the GM.
  • Monitor and Maintain Safety and Sanitation Protocol
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to motivate a team.
