Site Development Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead plan production of schematic and construction plans
  • Complete due diligence reports
  • Design stormwater drainage systems
  • Conduct utility calculations for land development projects

Site Development Project Manager Requirements

  • Bachelor in civil engineering
  • PE preferred
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • 10+ years of related experience in stormwater technical design, utility design, grading calculations, HEC-RAS modeling, etc.
