We are seeking an Executive Chef for a premier dining group known for exceptional service and innovative culinary experiences.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Design innovative and seasonal menus that reflect our brand and cater to diverse tastes.
  • Incorporate local and international influences while emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Develop and manage kitchen budgets, including food and labor costs.
  • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience, including 5+ years in an executive chef or leadership role.
  • Expertise in international cuisine and fine dining establishments.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory control, and budget management.
  • Proven ability to create customized dining experiences and develop standout menus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards.
