We are looking for a Financial Administrator to join our hospitality based company. In this role, you’ll oversee essential financial processes, guide strategic planning, and help keep our company thriving.

Financial Administrator Requirements:

  • Lead financial processes like managing accounts, payroll, budgets, and assets
  • Hire and train internal auditors, ensuring a strong, skilled team
  • Collaborate with external accounting firms and keep financial operations in sync
  • Provide insight by creating and analyzing financial data to support business decisions
  • Present scenarios and financial reports to our Management Team

Financial Administrator Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a financial management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Skilled with accounting software, ERP systems, and data management
  • Attention to detail, organizational prowess, and a knack for numbers
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus basic Spanish fluency
