Looking for a strong self-starting Fast Casual Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our team!

Our goal is to deliver great scratch kitchen fare, great guest experiences, build great relationships, and offer a chance to grow with us.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Train, coach, and direct team – strive for excellence
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the kitchen team while holding them accountable – integrity is essential
  • Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail 
  • Focus with the team on creating unforgettable guest experiences every time
  • Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment
  • Tightly manage portion sizes, recipe adherence, prep list completion, and waste controls

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications Include:

  • 2 plus years of experience in a like role
  • Knowledge of COGs management and financials
  • Hospitality gene and Servant Leader mentality
