Tax Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Tax Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- CPA or similar designation required
- 4+ years of tax related experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
- Recent supervisory or management experience
- Experience with creating and maintaining financial reporting documents including annual, quarterly, and monthly.
- Oversee Tax work paper preparation, working closely with the Tax Director to ensure deadlines are met
- Experience signing off on 1099 reports before review
- Knowledgeable in creating client budgets and overseeing estate planning to ensure compliance
- Excellent communication with a team player mentality
