We are looking to acquire an Operating Partner to join our team of restaurant professionals. We are a well-established restaurant company that wants to focus on our leadership with Genuine, PERSONAL service, and a distinct focus on establishing and improving our employees' satisfaction. Must be a servant leader, who has no issue working side by side with your staff and talking to each one of our valued guests.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years of upscale dining general management experience
- $5M+ in restaurant sales volume experience
- High-volume experience is a must!
- Solid tenures, no job hoppers
- Full P&L accountability
- Get dirty and improve the lives of everyone in the building
