Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starting between $64-$72k

Restaurant Manager Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Restaurant Manager has a Positive attitude and is friendly and outgoing
- At least 1 year management experience in a high volume setting with FOH and BOH experience
- Organized and detail oriented
- Hands on and motivational leadership style-Restaurant manager will work every position in the restaurant and be able to coach and develop team members
- Restaurant Manager has a people first mentality, and strives to create amazing experience for guests and employees and builds lasting relationships
- General manager works to exceed expectations in delivering the amazing guest and employee experiences
- Experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling, and working with a large staff
