Our hospitality client is looking for a Human Resource Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of the employee experience through full cycle HR, including Payroll.

Hospitality Human Resource Manager Benefits:

  • Salary $95 – 120K
  • M-F Day Shift

Hospitality Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operations across restaurant and hotel groups.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and claims. Provide guidance to employees on available benefits.
  • Support managers in employee performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee employee training.
  • Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization
  • Address employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies, and support conflict resolutions.
  • Ensure employee records, databases and reports are up-to-date

Hospitality Human Resource Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR preferred
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR) preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Hospitality
  • Ability to travel to sites in Irvine and LA region (20%)
