We are seeking an experienced Resort Restaurant Assistant General Manager looking to live in the Caribbean to oversee daily operations in our waterfront resort restaurants.

Assistant GM Responsibilities:
- Hire/train/develop team members
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Inventory and cost management
- Collaborates with Executive Chef to create the overall guest experience
