We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our compassionate team and deliver personalized care, guidance, and support to children and adults. Our focus is on promoting respect and providing individualized care for our residents. If this sounds like you – APPLY TODAY!

DSP Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in the field is preferred.
• Capable of lifting 40 pounds independently.

DSP Responsibilities:

• Prioritize the safety and well-being of residents through attentive supervision and care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all resident information.
• Adhere to proper protocols for physical assistance, bathing, hygiene, training, and wheelchair mobility.
• Escort residents to their scheduled activities and actively participate when appropriate.
• Foster engagement in meaningful activities beyond scheduled programs.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces.
• Complete resident documentation in HSMS promptly.
